The first ‘Winston’ residency had its final service on Saturday the 1st of May, 2021. Cameron and the Winston team would like to thank everyone who visited our pop-up; as well as all of our local producers and suppliers. Cameron is grateful for all of the support given to Winston; he can’t wait to bring Winston’s signature style to a new location soon. ‘ Winston’ is an exciting new venture for chef Cameron Matthews (previously of The Long Apron and eRemo restaurants for Spicers Retreats). Matthews is heading home to the Sunshine Coast and ‘'Winston’ will be a chef in residency tenure at Noosa's Wasabi Restaurant & Bar launching on the 9th of December. ‘Winston’ will embrace Cameron’s ethos as well as celebrate local and Queensland produce and providores, featuring his signature humour and unusual twists on the plate.
