Affectionately known as ‘Sean’s’ since opening in 1993, our little ‘salty jewel’ of a restaurant serves comforting home–style food balanced with modern tastes. Our constantly changing handwritten blackboards usually offer a choice of four entrees, mains and desserts and cheeses or a more spontaneous five course ‘chef’s choice’ degustation of dishes, tailored to suit, in the hands of chefs Sam Robertson, John Hicks and Marie Zarro.
