In the middle of 2015, Niko Al-Hakim had an idea to develop a culinary menu; Taichan satay. Through this idea, Niko wants to bring the image of Sate Taichan which was previously a simple culinary, to enter the restaurant concept. Not only Sate Taichan, Niko Together with Rachel Vennya and the Sate Taichan "Fried" team innovated to create more menu variations. His first restaurant was started in Bandung in May 2016. And now, thanks to the positive enthusiasm of culinary connoisseurs, Niko is noted to have had 8 branches in one year.
