Gudeg Yu Djum Pusat is the main kitchen as well as a traditional culinary food stall in Yogyakarta, pioneered by an unyielding person named Djuwariyah or better known as "Yu Djum", since 1951. Djuwariyah was born from a family that previously owned a culinary business typical of Jogja, namely Gudeg. Since he was a teenager, he has dreamed of building his own gudeg restaurant. Djuwariyah is determined to realize her dream slowly by selling grass to feed the neighbors around her house as initial capital to buy equipment and all kinds of gudeg cooking needs.
